Description

Building a new K-5 Elementary School at an existing elementary school site. Project scope of work includes a new single-story, slab on grade, wood grained Administration, library, and classroom building for 550 students; renovation and ADA upgrades to the existing multi-purpose room. Site improvement including: sidewalks and curb cuts; general site preparation and demolition of existing classroom wings including abutment of hazardous materials onsite.
