The proposal is to replace a failed culvert and repair road damage on China Grade. The project is located on China Grade 1.9 miles north of Highway 236 in the Boulder Creek area. The project includes 1500 cubic yards of cut/fill and requires a Riparian Exception and Preliminary Grading Approval. The project area is located within the existing right-of-way on China Grade, and between China Grade and Boulder Creek, approximately .33 miles north of the intersection of China Grade and Highway 236, in the Boulder Creek area.
