Tamalpais Transportation Improvements

Description

Remove an old deck over a small creek, tributary to Richardson Bay, which has been channelized for more than 25 years; reline an already channelized 22-foot reach of creek with concrete; and build an addition to a house over the creek. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0452 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Kenneth Economy.
