Title: South Plumas Lake Water Master Plan
Description: The proposed project would include the construction of a water distribution system, water treatment plant, and water wells to serve the four proposed subdivisions of the Plumas Lake Specific Plan (Nordic, Regis, Myers, and Elliott). The distribution system would be based upon a single-backbone transmission pipeline located in the major north-south arterial street, River Oaks Boulevard. The source of water supply for South Plumas Lake would be groundwater. The groundwater would be treated to remove iron and manganese at the water treatment plant.
