Description

The proposed permit change include: updates to key design parameters, estimated closure date, remaining capacity information, Local Enforcement Agency address and current permit numbers to be consistent with other project information and documentation; update condition 17.n to include the alternative truck scale and truck routes as approved with the September 24, 2009 Technical Amendment to the EIR; and update condition 17.s.2 to make it consistent with the Joint Technical Document (in June 2008, several of the items listed were removed from the Joint Technical Document at the Local Enforcement Agency's request).
