Description

The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R5-2003-0058 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Lakeside Investment Company, LPP. The applicant proposes to alter the stream to develop a 142-lot residential subdivision, 2 industrial lots, a public park, and a 20-foot trail easement. The project involves grading, filling, housing, construction, placement of utilities, landscaping, storm drains, noise attenuation walls, retaining walls, residential streets, and sidewalks. The project also involves the grading of 156,000 cubic yards onsite including the import of 102,000 cubic yards of inported fill.
