Emergency Water Storage Project Draft Supplemental EIR for the Manchester Site Wetland Creation Plan
Description
The project is to convert approximately 8.7 acres of ruderal nonwetland to a structurally diverse native riparian habitat. Construction of the project would involve various degrees of earthwork preparation to improve conditions for riparian plant species. The project is part of the Authority's westland mitigation commitments for the Emergency Storage Project.
