Description

Demolition of the existing pool, building a deck addition that will accommodate a hot tub replacing the pool, repairing the river wall, repairing the wet-well and diversion pipe, replacing water and sewer lines, and repairing the house foundation. All of these activities are located within the Truckee River's 100-year flood plain and will result in approximately 1,725 square feet of soil disturbance.
