Title: Taylor Estates Project (D-5-01, T-2-01, C-10-01)
Description: The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R5-2002-0100 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Kenneth L. Cablay, representing Lighthouse Ventures, LLC. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed of an unnamed drainage, tributary to the San Luis Rey River to accommodate the development of the Taylor Property, a residential subdivision with associated roads and utilities. Contruction activity will result in 0.10 acre of impacts to streambed. As part of the project, 0.54 acre of southern willow scrub, 0.24 acre mule fat scrub and 0.25 acre unvegetated channel have also been preserved onsite.
