Description: SAA #R3-2002-0439 The project involves commercial harvest of gravel on the "Dobie Lane Pit" and the "Mill Creek Bar" and Mill Creek and Grist Creek, triubutaries tot he Middle Fork Eel River, Covelo, California (Section 9; T22N; R12W of the Covelo East 7.5 minute U.S. Geological Survey quadrangle). A rubber tired front end loader shall be used to skim the gravel bars and load gravel into trucks to be hauled to an off-site location.
