Description: Replace an existing water well with a new 350-horsepower well and to operate an existing (inactive) pump station at 2443 North Batavia in the City of Orange to participate in the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California's Groundwater Storage Program. Well drilling is expected to take approximately three weeks and must be conducted 24-hours per day, seven days per week, to avoid drill locking and well collapse.
