Description: The Specific Plan amendments expand the types of uses that can occur within the existing land use districts, typically with lower intensity land uses that already authorized for the districts. The Big League Dreams Sports Facility is proposed for construction and operation at two locations. The Hotel/Restaurant facilities are proposed for a single location near the Arrowhead Medical Center. Three baseball fields & support facilities, including an arena, would be constructed at the Sports Facility and an approximate 10,000 square foot restaurant and 150-room hotel/motel would be constructed if this project is approved.
