Description: The project consists of a rezoning from RUS (Residential, Urban, Single Family) to OS (Open Space) to allow for the development of a toddler park. The park is proposed on a 6,377 square foot lot, with facilities to include picnic tables, fencing, play ground equipment, benches, lighting, and drinking fountain. Landscaping and irrigation equipment, and with appropriate utilities to allow connection to community water and sewer systems, will also be provided.
