- The project is located along Corralitos Creek in Santa Cruz County. The proposed project includes construction of 64 affordable multiple-family residential units and 35 affordable townhomes. The project includes replacement of an existing storm drain manhole and improvements to an existing storm drain outfall structure. CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-1068 pursuant to section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Andy Lief/South County Housing.
