Title: Restoration of Mahon Creek at 1801 Fifth Avenue
Description: Request for an Environment and Design Review Permit for the restoration of Mahon Creek. The project involves clearing the stream bed and banks of all debris and exotic plants and replanting with native shrubs and trees. A six foot black chain link fence is proposed to be installed along the tip of the east and west banks. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0280 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mr. J. Dietrick Stroeh.
