Title: Benbow Inn Special Permit
Description: A Special Permit to allow the Benbow Inn to construct an addition to the existing inn which will exceed the 45' height limit of the zone. The project will add 18 new suites, a new conference room, and new restrooms. The proposed height of the addition (63 feet) will match the height of the existing inn. The Special Permit will also allow a reduction in the 100 foot Streamside Management Area to allow the addition to be within approximately 38 feet of the South Fork of the Eel River.
