- Description
- The proposed project is Amendment #4 to the UCLA 2002 LRDP to transfer 130,000 gsf from the Northwest zone to the Central zone of the UCLA campus. The proposed LRDP Amendment #4 would increase square footage in the Central zone thereby allowing additional development. The potential environmental effects of the proposed LRDP Amendment #4 have been analyzed in the certified 2002 LRDP EIR, as updated and modified in the certified 2008 Northwest Housing Infill Project and LRDP Amendment EIR, the 2012 UCLA Conference Center Project EIR and in Addendum #1 thereto, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
