Development potential under the proposal is 981 residential units located on approximately 50 acres; 500,000 square feet of new and redeveloped commercial space located on approximately 300 new The proposed 5-acre neighborhood park would contain a circular trail surrounding a grass area, a play area, and a half basketball court. The proposal also includes two picnic areas and restrooms. No active amenities are proposed to be installed at this site.
