The proposed project is a request by the City of Santa Clarita for a master plan of a 20 acre Sports Complex Park that would include an aquatics center/arena within an existing 20,000 square foot building, 50 meter pool, 25 meter competition pool/dive tank, BMX sport course, extension of the existing skate park, a community center within an existing 20,000 sf building, tot lot, and open play/picnic area. The property currently houses a 14,000 sf skate park and a 20,000 sf indoor recreation center with racquetball and basketball courts.
