- The project is the expansion of the ConAgra Oakdale Facility land application area for disposal of process wastewater. Tomato and bean processing wastewater will be used to irrigate pasture owned by others using border strip irrigation. Tail water will be conveyed to storage ponds for recycling. Construction of a storage pond associated pipes to convey wastewater will take place on private land.
