Description

The project consists of a groundwater storage and extraction program between the Rosedale-Rio Bravo Water Storage District (Rosedale) and other banking agencies. The proposed program specifies that for each two acre-feet delivered to Rosedale by the banking agencies, one acre-foot would be returned by Rosedale. The project will consist of the construction of four wells.
