Description

The proposed project is the splitting of a two-acre parcel into three lots of 0.88, 0.63, and 0.48 gross acres, respectively. Parcel 1 has an existing single-family home, and single-family homes are proposed for parcels 2 and 3. The project proposes importing 400 cubic yards of its material to create building pads approximately one-foot elevation above existing grade.
