Title: Vandegrift Trust Timberland Conversion
Description: This project consists of the issuance a Timberland Conversion Permit for exemption from Forest Practice Act tree stocking requirements on 8.37 acres of timberland rezoned from TPZ to Timber Mountain for continued development of an outdoor wedding and reception area. No logging will be necessary to complete the proposed work. Project determined to have a DeMinimis Impact on wildlife will be exempted from CDFG filing fees.
