The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-442 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Jim Wilcox of the Plumas Corporation. The project will restore water level by obliterating gullies and directing flow into remnant channels.
