Proposal to repair a portion of Rider Road above Rider Creek and replace an existing culvert. The project is located at Post Mile 0.42 Rider Road, Eureka Canyon in the County of Santa Curz. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0094 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, John Swenson/Santa Curz County Department of Public Works.
