- The project proposes to replace two existing corrugated metal pipe culverts with a larger diameter concrete or PVC pipe. At both locations the collapsed retaining walls will also be replaced. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0290 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
