- The applicant proposes to remove living and dead vegetation, sediment, and debris, from inside, upon and adjacent to inflow/discharge aprons, basins, wing walls, dissipaters of existing bridges, culverts, diversions and flow control structures. The applicant will also remove living and dead vegetation, sediment, and debris from the channel bottom and the banks of streams within DWR's right-of-way (ROW), and from the bottom of DWR seeps and ponds.
