Description: Construction of an automotive hobby shop. The facility will include four indoor service bays, 20 covered exterior service bays, 15 parking spaces, a paint booth, two sand storage spaces, steam cleaning and welding areas, and a hazardous material/hazardous waste storage area. The project will require filling of an 0.97 acre wetland. However, this impact will be offset by deducting 3.0 acres of mitigation credits from an established mitigation site.
