Class A Biosolids Reuse Plan / Permit Waiver
Description
The City of Oakdale has developed a Class A Biosolids Composting Reuse Plan for soil amendment. Composted material will be utilized by landscapers, homeowners and applied to City-owned lands as a soil conditioner. A Negative Declaration is proposed for the project and City application to the Regional Water Quality Control Board for a Class A Biosolids Permit Waiver.
