Description: The Santa Margarita Water District (SMWD) is proposing the construction of up to four water reservoirs, two for domestic water use and two for non-domestic (recycled) use. The improvements would require the grading of a building pad, grading and construction of access roads, and pipeline and power facilities and granting of additional access easement(s) to SMWD.
