Description: The project proposes a minor subdivision of existing parcel creating two new legal residential lots consisting of 3.06 and 2.19 net acres each, from an approximate 6.41-acre parcel of vacant land. Each of the parcels would take access from Via Cumbres Lane, an existing public roadway that fronts the northern corner of the property. Single-family homes would ultimately be constructed on each of the new lots, although grading/construction is not proposed as part of this application.
