Description

A request to approve the existing marina and recreational vehicle park to operate with 116 RV spaces; expand an existing metal storage and maintenance building by approximately 640 square feet to add an office and add a second level for storage purposes within the existing building; construct a new maintenance and storage building with a building footprint of 2,480 square feet; and install new fuel tanks for the use and storage of approximately 14,000 gallons of fuel. The site consists of ten separate parcels totaling 9.87 acres of which 4.1 acres are located within the jurisdiction of San Bernardino County and are proposed to be annexed to the City. A Pre-Zone application has been submitted to pre-zone the proposed annexation area to Commercial-Resort (CR), consistent with the zoning of that portion of the property within the city limits. The City and Holloway's Marina are proposing to enter into a Development Agreement, which provides the framework for the overall development of the site over the next 5-8 years.
