Title: New Elementary School at Bridgeway Island
Description: Construct and operate a new elementary school, including playfields, parking, hardcourts, and other amenities. The school will share field space and operations with the adjacent city park. Initial capacity will be approximately 450 students in grades kindergarten through six, with full capacity expected at approximately 625 students, and short term peak capacity as high as 700 students. Adjunct uses such as before/after school care, preschool, adult education, and others may occur at the school.
