Alter the streambed in order to provide utility improvements, a public road and to raise the site above the 100-year floodplain in conjunction with the construction of 62 multi-level single family homes, two headwall, a 72-inch wide stormdrain and approximately 230 cubic yards of upland fill into a 189-foot drainage channel on a vacant 10.75 acre site.
