Description: CDFG is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement (SAA#6-2001-189) pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Magnon Companies and Clark Management and Development, LLC. The applicant proposes to construct a 90,672 square foot office and warehouse building on approximately 6.13 vacant acres, which includes the installation of storm drain improvements. Feature B, which is an eroding tributary to Spring Brook Wash, which supports patches of mule fat scrub habitat, will be replaced by a concrete swale and energy dissipation devices. The proposed project will permanently impact 0.352 acre and temporarily impact 0.2 acre of Spring brook Wash and Feature B. The project is located in Highgrove in Riverside County.
