- Description
- The Department would purchase up to 25,000 acre-feet of water from Semitropic Water Storage District and Tulare Irrigation District. An addendum to the March 20, 2001 Initial Study was filed changing the source and quantity of the 5,000 acre-feet of Tulare Irrigation District water from section 215 water to rescheduled Class I water. The water will be used for the CALFED Environmental Water Account for fishery protection.
