Description: The proposed park expansion would require an increase in land area within Jack Bulik Park from 12.78 acres to approximately 27 acres, and the construction of new recreational amenities, including, but not limited to: a lighted four field softball complex; attendant restroom/snack bar structure, a senior league baseball field, skateboard facility, an in-line roller hockey rink, various picnic/playground areas and attendant surface parking and landscaping. The proposed project will require the acquisition of several residential parcels within the project boundary.
