Title: Rincon and Wohlford Penstock Replacement Project (ER 200-02)
Description: The project involves replacement of two existing hydroelectric generating facilities, with no increase in capacity. The Rincon penstock would be removed and replaced in the same alignment with an approximately 0.4 mile, below grade pipeline. The Wohlford penstock would be approximately 0.77 mile long and would deviate slightly from the original alignment to avoid geologically unstable areas and biological resources. Above grade portions of the old pipeline would be removed and below grade portions would be abandoned in place.
