San Joaquin Valley Unified APCD 2000 Triennial Progress Report Plan

Description

The 2000 Triennial Plan Update fulfills a requirement of California Clean Air Act that the District review its progress toward an update its strategy for attaining the California One-hour ozone standard. The District's strategy for attaining the ozone standard has not changed. It continues to approach the attainment of the standard through the adoption of all feasible measures. However, the rulemaking schedule in the 2000 Triennial Plan Update has been revised to reflect current requirements and timelines set by federal actions and to provide additional reductions toward obtaining the ozone standard. The revised rulemaking schedule includes both new control measures and measures previously included in District plans.
