Description

The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R2-2001-65 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant. Activities include replacement of an existing 54 inch diameter concrete pipe storm drain with a 40" by 64" arch pipe and outfall structure into Alamo Creek at Nut Tree Road. The pipeline will require excavation and trenching up to the bank of Alamo Creek and placement of rock slope protection at the outfall.
