Description: UC Davis proposes to construct a new, 13,600 gross square foot research facility with a single-story support building including approximately 2,800 gross square feet and a 35-space parking lot. The proposed facility would be used for the continuing study of the ecology of Lake Tahoe. The proposed project includes the restoration of an existing historic fish hatchery building for use as an education center, improvement of the fish hatchery's existing access roads and parking lot, and land coverage reduction and site restoration adjacent to the fish hatchery building.
