S00-10 (Creating Sacred Space - El Dorado County Federated Church)

Description

A special use permit request to allow the development of the proposed Creating Sacred Space project to be developed in three phases consisting of the following major components: Teen Center Facility, Center for Children and Families building, and a Worship Center. The Teen Center Facility consists of a 6,500 square foot first floor, a 4,000 square foot basement, and potential first floor expansion to 13,000 square feet, with parking and landscaping, athletic fields and courts, picnic area, and tot lot play area. The Center for Children and Families building consists of 11,165 square feet, parking and landscaping, glen seating 50 persons, and a 1,600 square foot caretaker's residence with detached 1,250 square foot garage. The Worship Center consists of 40,650 square feet, parking and landscaping, and Worship Center basement development of 25,000 to 30,000 square feet.
