The culvert crossing involves placing a 50-linear ft. 72-inch diameter precast concrete pipe below stream grade. Associated headwall and wingwall structures will also be constructed. Three oak trees will be removed for the crossing. These trees wil be replaced at a minimim 3:1 ratio in the vicinity of the stream. The stormdrain outfall consists of an eight-inch diameter pipe that will spill out onto a 15-ft. long by 10-ft. wide (150-sq ft.) riprap energy dissipater. This outfall will be placed at the base of existing fill approximately 10-ft. away from the stream channel. The project is located on Napa State Hospital property along Camille Creek in Napa County Assessor Parcel #046-380-001 in Section 13 of Township 5 North Range 4 West in Napa County.
