CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA #R5-2001-0034) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Jeffrey Carlson. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within an unnamed drainage, tributary to Santa Ysabel Creek to accommodate the construction o f a new private road, approximately 700 feet long and 20 feet wide, paved with asphalt, impacting 0.11 acre of streambed.
