- Comprehensive General Plan Update for City's limits, sphere of influence and an extended Planning Area totaling 53,498 acres; Annexation No. 12, comprising 5,420 acres; and a sphere of influence amendment comprising 8,205 acres. The General Plan Update was prepared to include all mandated elements, except the Housing Element, and optional elements, pursuant to State law. The Land Use Map was also amended, but no significant changes occured in the type of land use designations or densities of residential land uses.
