- The applicant proposes to modify three Class I crossings and three Class II Crossings by placing temporary culverts in the crossings. The Culverts and base rock will be removed by October 15 each year. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#1170-99) pursuant to Section [ ] 1601 [X] 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. John Cook/A & D Forestry Services.
