Description

CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Robin Putnam, representing the City of Vista. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within Buena Vista Creek to accomodate the construction of 195 single-family residential units, a community recreation center, three pocket parks, landscaping, streets and infrastructure improvements on a 50.9 acre site impacting 2.17 acres of streambed.
