Description

The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) will lease approximately 83,000 square feet of an existing, State-occupied office building in Sacramento. The proposed location is at 8800/8810 Cal Center Drive in the City of Sacramento, and is currently occupied by the California Integrated Waste Management Board. The space would be used as the DTSC Sacramento Regional Office to accommodate approximately 350 employees, and would not constitute an expansion iof the current use. The DTSC Sacramento Regional office serves approximately 60 customers per week, and would need 55 parking spaces on-site. There is local public transit available within one-quarter mile of the office building to be leased.
