Description

California Department of Fish and Game is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #5-228-00) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, San Diego Gas and Electric. The applicant proposes to increase the capacity of the Garfield Substation to a 60 mva substation with two sections of switchgear and eight 12 kV circuits, impacting 0.09 acres of jurisdictional stream (Approximately 0.04 acre of impacts are permanent, and 0.05 acre of impacts are temporary).
