- Description
- Drill a horizontal well from the existing "Tulare" 25-1 drill site. This existing drill site is located in an almond orchard, on flat terrain. The project will take approximately 25 days to complete drilling. Access is by State Highway 46, county road, and farm road. Vehicle traffic will be limited to drilling crews, service company vehicles, and applicant personnel.
